When you place an order, GLS automatically selects the nearest parcel shop. If you want your order sent to a specific parcel shop, you must write it in the comments field of the order.
If you regret or no longer want your purchase, it is not enough to just leave the parcel at the parcel shop. The parcel must be collected from the parcel shop and then returned to us. If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected from the parcel shop, you must pay for any return costs incurred.
